These Terms govern your use of ShowMyRoof (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

ShowMyRoof generates an AI-rendered preview of how a new roof could look on a photo of your home, and — at your request — connects you with local roofing professionals for a quote. Previews are illustrative estimates, not exact representations; actual materials, color, and installation results will vary.

SMS messaging program terms

Program. ShowMyRoof sends one-time, 6-digit verification codes by text message to confirm a phone number you provide when you request a roof preview.

Consent. By entering your mobile number and tapping “Send me a code,” you authorize ShowMyRoof to send you a verification code by SMS. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency & cost. Messages are sent only when you request a code, so frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email support@showmyroof.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number (we do not sell or share it for third-party marketing).

Quotes & third parties

When you request a quote, we share your project and contact details with an independent local roofing professional. ShowMyRoof does not perform roofing work and is not responsible for the services, pricing, or conduct of any third-party roofer.

No warranty

The Service and AI-generated previews are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowMyRoof disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
